Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
This policy explains what information tamrafisher.com collects when you visit, why it's collected, and the choices you have. If anything here isn't clear, reach out at fisher.tamral@gmail.com and I'll walk you through it.
Information you provide directly
When you fill out the contact form, the free resource vault, or email me directly, you're sharing details like your name, email address, business name, website, and whatever you write about your project. That information is submitted through Netlify Forms, stored in my Netlify dashboard, and a copy is emailed to me so I can respond.
If you download a free resource, you're opting in to receive marketing emails from me, as noted on the download form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics (GA4) is used to understand how visitors use this site: which pages get viewed, how people arrive here, and general location and device information. Analytics only runs after you accept cookies through the banner shown on your first visit. Declining, or ignoring the banner, means Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set.
If a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel is active on this site, it works the same way: it helps measure ad performance and would only be enabled if I'm running paid Meta ad campaigns. As of this policy's effective date, the pixel is not active.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. This site uses:
- A consent cookie/local storage entry that remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so you're not asked on every visit.
- Google Analytics cookies (such as
_gaand_ga_*), only after you accept.
You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may reset your consent choice, and you'll see the banner again on your next visit.
How this information is used
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or email
- To deliver the free resources you request and send related marketing emails, if you opted in
- To understand site traffic and improve the content and design of this site
- To measure ad performance, only if Meta ads are actively running
Your information is never sold. It isn't shared with third parties beyond the service providers named in this policy (Netlify, Google, and Meta when active), and only as needed for them to provide their service.
Your choices and rights
- Cookies: accept or decline analytics cookies through the banner, or manage them through your browser.
- Email: unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Access or deletion: email fisher.tamral@gmail.com to request a copy of the information held about you, or to have it deleted. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
If you're located somewhere with specific privacy laws, like the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), those same rights of access, correction, and deletion apply to you, and you can reach out to exercise them at any time.
Data retention
Form submissions and email opt-ins are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain our email relationship, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard GA4 retention settings.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and marketing professionals. It isn't directed at children, and personal information isn't knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how this site operates. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
